| Permanent Housing Our multi-family permanent housing facilities throughout Los Angeles provide affordable housing for formerly homeless families who have successfully completed the LAFH program and have become self-sufficient. |

| Information and Referrals At LAFH's various facilities, case managers offer information and referral services to homeless and low-income families, assisting them in matters of finding shelter, accessing community resources, and other services promoting self-sufficiency. |

| Community Programs IDA - LAFH's Individual Development Account (IDA) program teaches low-income families to become qualified homebuyers, secure financing from community lenders, and help locate suitable homes for purchase based upon family needs. The program provides homebuyer education and counseling, assistance with credit repair, and financial management training, helping families develop the skills needed to successfully own a home for years to come. Neighborhood Action Program - Our Neighborhood Action Program provides family intervention services for youth and their parents, including educational support, parenting education, life skills counseling and leadership development training, as well as gardening and field trips. |
