Thank you to Pam and Jerry Offsay for opening up their spectacular home and gardens on June 9th, 2007, to host the signature Dessert Party in support of LAFH. With 350 friends and supporters in attendance, LAFH raised over $60,000 to provide shelter, meals and supportive services for families transitioning out of homelessness and poverty.

The evening stars and flickering candles gave light to endless displays of an unimaginable assortment of desserts. From candy bars to tortes, cheesecakes to cookies, every sweet tooth was satisfied. Keeping the party in “swing” were the jazzy tunes of two Oakwood School students who volunteered the evening’s live entertainment.

Thank you to all of our “Friends of the Family” who contributed to the evening’s success. With your support we are able to continue helping homeless families and individuals rebuild their lives.
